A Demand by Journalists and People of Pakistan

· The verdict of the US court in the Dr Aafia Case is not just deplorable but a great injustice to human dignity. Is the United States rewarding Pakistan for what she has done in the so called war on terror? We want the release of Dr Aafia and condemn the Govt for being unable to do anything about her plight.

· We Condemn the blatant violation of our sovereignty by Drones and the unrelenting wave of indiscriminate killings of our people by the Americans in our Tribal territory.

· We Demand and unconditional release of Dr Aafia and an apology to a 180 million people in Pakistan.

· We also announce that until the American Govt releases Aafia that we will boycott all visiting US dignitaries and stop attending American Press briefings until her release.
